The Art of Letting Go
Meet your guides

Sharon Laflamme and Deborah Kozich bring complementary experience in nervous-system support, coaching, wellness, and heart-centered practice to help people move forward after trauma, betrayal, and old hurt—without denying what happened or forcing forgiveness before they are ready.
Notice what your body and emotions can hold today.
Name the hurt without minimizing or spiritualizing it away.
Forgiveness is invited as a process, never demanded as a deadline.
Letting go does not require excusing harm or restoring contact.

Sharon and Deborah saw the same need from different directions: people carrying anger, grief, betrayal, and self-blame often know they want peace, but do not know how to reach it safely.
Making Friends With Forgiveness brings their complementary practices into one guided path. Sharon helps learners notice and regulate what is happening in the body. Deborah helps them reflect, reconnect with self-worth, and make meaning from what they discover. Together, they turn forgiveness from an abstract instruction into a practice that can be felt, explored, and chosen.
Body
Somatic awareness, breath, and nervous-system support create room to stay present.
Mind
Coaching questions and journaling help name the story, patterns, and possibilities.
Heart
Self-love, compassion, and honest reflection soften the grip of blame without erasing truth.
Spirit
Yoga, Reiki, meditation, and light-energy practices support meaning, hope, and connection.
Course snapshot
Sharon and Deborah co-created the eight-module Making Friends With Forgiveness experience to help people move from awareness to integration in small, supported steps.
The course includes affirmations, journaling, breath and experiential practices, light-energy exercises, and tools for building the “letting-go muscle” between lessons.
Notice what is asking for care and what you want to change.
Explore your capacity to move forward without rushing the process.
Name the relationship, event, or part of yourself involved.
Use meditation, imagination, and journaling to listen beneath the story.
Build self-compassion and practice opening without abandoning boundaries.
Choose the tools that help your body and heart begin to loosen their hold.
Repeat what resonates in small increments that feel workable.
Carry new self-trust, gratitude, and freedom into daily life.
